Lucy and Chris who own Clarendon Stud are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and accommodating. They have fabulous stallions who have competed in all activities over many years with great success. They have experience in breeding, youngstock and also backing and moving horses through to a competitive career. I have fond memories of Lucy very successfully competing my quirky but talented Rubber Duck, TB, many years ago.
I was blewn away by the beautiful valley Calrendon is set in, when I came to visit in 2023! Clarendon is also a fabulous area to enjoy a holiday break in the newly revamped annex – with your horse or without – near to Stonehenge, Salisbury cathedral, beaches and other interesting places.
Anyone wanting to either breed or have help with backing youngstock or generally enjoying their horse couldn’t find a better place!!
